Program plan:

• Include the required header files in the program
• Define the class “CapacitorVoltage”
  • Define the main method
    • Create an object for “Scanner” class
    • In the “try” block, create the objects for “Scanner” and “PrintWriter” class and pass the files as the arguments.
      • Declare the variables and get the values from the file.
      • Declare the constant variable and set the value
      • Calculate the step size
      • Iterate “step” until it reaches “NSTEPS” value
        • Calculate the “t” value
        • Write the outputs in the output file
      • Display the statement
    • In the “catch” block, display an error message
