Here, need to construct a square. Let’s use the following construction steps to make a square:
First draw a horizontal line. Then by using the compass construct the perpendicular bisector for a line segment of distance between the midpoint and the endpoints on both sides of the line segment.
Then join these two points of intersection for curves by drawing a line. Hence it forms a quadrilateral.
Get that, this quadrilateral is a parallelogram as diagonals bisect each other. If these diagonals are perpendicular and congruent as well only then it is defined as square.
Thus, this quadrilateral is formed as square because diagonals of parallelogram are congruent as well as perpendicular.
