Introduction: The microorganisms are found abundantly in nature. There are six major classes of microorganisms, namely bacteria, archaea, fungi, protozoa, algae, and viruses. Protozoa are parasitic organisms feed on other microbes. It is unicellular eukaryote and is regarded as one-celled animals.
