Explanation of Solution

The main goals of the sociological study of physical activity are as follows:

  • The physical activity should be seen as a comfortable view. This is a habit that an individual must develop and acquire for which it involves doubting common assumptions.
  • The design of strength and changes in physical activity should be identified and analyzed. This means that once an individual start looking beneath the surface of social life, that person’s goal is to identify changes as well as continuing regularities.
  • The equality and well-being of humans are enhanced by suggesting changes and problems are identified by analysis of different programs related to physical activities. This means that sociologists point to the stable stream of social interaction that occurs in any society as the most important reference of the problems of society, although they agree with the fact that psychological or biological factors have a major impact on an individual’s life.
