The muscles of the skeleton system make approximately half of the mass of the body of an organism. The muscle tissue can be categorized into three divisions: the skeletal muscles, the cardiac muscles, and the smooth muscles. All these muscles differ in the structure of the cells, their stimulation for the contraction and the location of these cells into the body.
