Sleep is a state of brain and body when the consciousness of the brain is practically hanged. The duration of sleep typically lasts few hours and during the sleepy state, the eyes remain closed. In the state of sleep, the nervous system becomes slightly inactive and all the body muscles and bones undergo a relaxed position.
