To determine: The significance of incision and drainage of the lesion for healing.

Introduction: Infections are the consequence of the invasion of the normal physiological process by an infectious micro-organism. The infection is caused by the infectious substances released by such pathogens that disrupt the cells and their associated processes.

To determine: The reason why antibiotics cannot work in eliminating the microorganisms contained in the abscess.

Introduction: The blood cells make up about 45% of the blood composition, and the rest of the 55% of the blood is made up of plasma. The blood cells are of three types that are red blood cells (erythrocytes), white blood cells (leukocytes), and platelets (thrombocytes).
