Chapter 39.1, Problem 2R
Summary Introduction
To review:
The advantages of being multicellular organism over unicellular organism.
Introduction:
The earth was inhabited by unicellular organism initially. These organisms occupied each and every corner of the earth in extreme environments. The organisms were capable enough to carry out all the functions using just one cell. Unicellular organisms are grown only to a limited extent to save their energy. With time, multicellular organisms came into being, which were advance and better adapted to the changing environment.
