Calculation:

Consider the given sets.

  $C=\left\{1,2,4,7\right\}$

and

Now, the set D can be written as

  $D=\left\{x|x\text{is}\text{a}\text{negative}\text{integer}\text{between}-5\text{and}-1\right\}$

Now, $C\cup D$ contains elements of C and D . Common elements will be considered once.
