Summary Introduction

To determine:

The similarity and dissimilarity between second polar body and an early spermatids.

Introduction:

The spermatids are the male gamete that is formed by the division of secondary spermatocytes that form a haploid gamete. Meiosis of spermatocytes results in the gametes with half genetic material from the primary cells, whereas 4 polar bodies formed from oogenesis and one of them further developed into the functional egg, other 3 polar bodies are the haploid cell which cannot be fertilized.
