When a molecule produces then different molecules shares their electrons with each other.

An electric dipole is a molecule in which an uneven charge is distributed on the elements of the molecule. For example, a water molecule consists of 2 Hydrogen and 1 Oxygen atom. Oxygen carries a little more charge compared to the other elements i.e. one side of a molecule carries extra charge compared to the other side of the molecules.
