Introduction:

Ovary in flowers is the enlarged basal portion of the female organ that is pistil. The ovules are the egg cells or the female gametes present in the ovary that become seed in the case of gymnosperms and in the case of angiosperms, ovules develop into fruit.

The pollen tube is a part of pollen grain that acts as a passage between male gametes sperms and female gametes ovules for fertilization.
