Question
Chapter 29.3, Problem 2CC
Summary Introduction
To determine: How functions of nonvascular plants and seedless vascular plants are influenced by their similarities and differences.
Concept introduction: Nonvascular seedless plants which lacks vascular tissue. They are small in size and have no structural support in them and they colonize themselves near to the ground of the moist areas, as they do not have an efficient conducting system. Examples of non vascular plant are mosses, liverworts and so on
The seedless vascular plants have good and well efficient vascular system which helped them to grow into large sizes as compared to the non vascular plants. Examples of seedless vascular plants are fern and horsetail.
