Introduction:
The uterus is a minor sex organ involved in reproduction, and it is present in human and other mammals. It is pear shaped and is localized in the pelvic zone. The fallopian tubes are otherwise known as the uterine tubes or oviducts. These tubes are 10 cm in length. During fertilization, if the sperm is present, the fallopian tube transfers the fertilized egg near the womb for implantation.
