Informational advertisement is all about publicizing a product in a way that educates the public about the features, competitive gains and edge the product gains, its value and benefits. The advertisement provides factual and relevant data about the product in a logical manner. This provides detailed information of the product and this is suitable for new products.
Persuasive advertisement:
This form of advertisement, as the name suggests, aims to persuade a consumer for buying a particular product, though there are several products of the same kind. This promotion also attempts to influence a consumer in the favour of purchasing a particular product. This provides very little information but includes pictures of celebrities trying out the product in order to persuade the consumer for a purchase. This is suitable for existing products.
