Question
Chapter 2.4, Problem 19WDYL
Summary Introduction
To understand: The interaction of phospholipid molecules with water.
Introduction
The phospholipid molecule contains both polar and non-polar parts. The polar parts are hydrophilic, and the non-polar parts are hydrophobic in nature. The hydrophobic part repels away from it and the hydrophilic part attracts water towards it surrounding the molecule.
