Explanation of Solution

The first stage includes encoding information in some form such as picture or sound. The second stage includes the storage of information so that it can be recalled at later stage. The retention of information at a later stage includes three measures- recall, recognition, and relearning. Recall is the process to retrieve information that was learned earlier and is not currently in the conscious mind. If a person has seen some objects and, asked to remember and write as many objects, it is called recalling information that was learned earlier.
