To determine:

Why is it difficult to diagnose endemic diseases that have been acquired by travelers or non-natives to endemic areas and what kind of diagnosis is utilized in such cases.

Introduction:

The true fungal pathogens are restricted to their endemic regions and are hence caused only in those specific areas. But problems may arise when it is transported to some other place by some traveler or non-endemic population. Diagnosis also becomes difficult.
