These systems enable a human to combat the fungal infections and prevent their growth in human body, though some immunocompromised persons are unable to do so.s
Hence, it may be concluded that, there are several antifungal defense systems in the human body that makes it highly resistant to fungi. And so, they are constantly battling the fungi.
