Introduction:

Encephalitis caused by virus, bacteria or parasite, transmitted through Aedes or Culex mosquitoes. The symptoms include chills, headache, vomiting, and fever. The major complications of this diseases are brain inflammation, problems with hearing and speaking, mental confusion, coma, and other neurological problems. ELISA is commonly used to diagnose this disease. Encephalitis can be prevented by controlling mosquitoes.
