Chromosome is having thread like structure of nucleic acid and proteins found in the nucleus of the most living cells, it stores genetic information in the form of genes. Four major types of chromosomes are metacentric, submetacentric, acrocentric, telocentric chromosome, human chromosome contains 23 pairs of chromosome, in which 22 pair chromosomes are autosomal and one pair is sex chromosome, humans have diploid chromosome.

Chromosome is having thread like structure of nucleic acid and proteins found in the nucleus of the most living cells, it stores genetic information in the form of genes, human chromosome contains 23 pairs of chromosome, in which 22 pair chromosomes are autosomal and one pair is sex chromosome, humans have diploid chromosome, chromosome 4 one of the pair of 23 chromosome, it spans more than 186 million base pairs and represent between 6 and 6.5 percent of the total DNA in cells.
