To Explain: The means by which values and interests create a conflicting impact on career planning.

Introduction: Values and interests are two main aspects that shape up the career of an individual. Values have a more personalized touch as they are the qualities or standards admired by an individual at a personal level. Interests however are more related to the profession one is engaged in. Nevertheless, both these aspects could create a conflicting impact upon one’s career planning.
