Summary Introduction

To review:

The arteries that deliver the oxygenated form of blood to the myocardial wall of the right and the left ventricles.

Introduction:

Three types of blood circulation occur in the body. When the blood travels between the heart and the lungs, it is known as pulmonary circulation. The blood is oxygenated during this circulation. When the oxygenated blood travels to all the body parts except the lungs, it is known as systemic circulation. Apart from these two circulations, another circulation called coronary circulation operates within the heart that supplies the blood to the wall of the heart.
