In a closed system, some water is heated to 50 oC. Then it is taken the air by vacuum in the system. What kind of observation would be expected regarding water in the closed system?
I am trying to find the temperature of the room after 5 hours
the room has a volume of 5 m^3 with an initail pressure of 100 kPa and 30 deg C. There is also a 130 Watt fan that is running in the room for the duration of that time.
I am trying to find the final temperature of the room but I keep getting final temperatures such as 800 deg C.
Consider a balloon contains initially 40 liter of Helium at 105 kPa and 20 oC, The balloonis connected to a supply line of helium through a valve that is opened allowing helium tofurther fill the balloon to 150 kPa such that pressure in the balloon is expressed as: P =750 V0.5– 45, Where P is in kPa and V is m3. Considering Helium as ideal gas:a- Find the mass of Helium entered the balloon if the process is isothermal.b- Find the work done during the process.
