Expert Solution & Answer
Chapter 2, Problem 2.3UYK
Explanation of Solution
Science exhibition project:
To accomplish any project, it is necessary to go through the four phases. They are:
- Starting phase: in this phase members of the team are required to brainstorm about the basic idea of the project and discuss about the basic items required to do it.
- Planning phase: in this phase members design the task list and divide the tasks such that each and every member is responsible for some task.
- Doing phase: in this phase members try to accomplish the task with which they are assigned, by using collaborative
information system . - Finalizing phase: in this phase members derive the best outcome by providing and accepting the critical feedback and revising the document accordingly.
Problem solving phase:
- During this phase members of the team try to solve the problems that were encountered in the project by discussing with each other.
- Group discussions are conducted in this phase as it is required to solve the problems collectively by using the knowledge and information that each and every member has about the project.
- In our team we listed the problems which were faced by each and every member, in different phases and then tried to solve them collectively.
Decision making phase:
- During this phase members of the team take some decisions that are beneficial for the accomplishment of the project.
- Decisions that are made are not taken solely, rather discussed everyone so that each and every member gets the chance to put forward his or her idea...

List the key project deliverables of root cause analysis of medical error. Deliverables are the inputs and outputs in any type of project. Things you put into the project, such as data, sources, etc. and then what comes out of the project including documentation (e.g. final project report, project presentation) that is part of the project. Deliverables support successful achievement of project goals. Add rows as necessary.
A case study showing how students met project objectives is vital.

- NOTE: There are multiple assignments due this week. 3 diagrams, a database design document, a data dictionary, table definitions, cybersecurity plan, source code, and a software test plan (see template below). Project implementation is arguably the most exciting stage of the project management process. It is during project implementation that project plans begin to come to life and assumptions are able to be tested and measured in real-life scenarios. One of the outcomes of project implementation is a set of deliverables that typically includes a system diagram; a network diagram; a database design document, including an entity-relationship diagram, a data dictionary, and table definitions; a clearly articulated cybersecurity plan; and source code. Please make sure you provide thoughtful and professional diagrams. Additionally, provide use case descriptions. I highly recommend that you use Lucid chart (the free version is sufficient). This is the feedback I received: the main part of this assignment is missing (use case and activity diagram), and that missing part connects to the remaining part of this assignment (USE case description). Can you please add this to my report?arrow_forward

For each item that is on your list, indicate whether the test to be performed is Unit Testing, Integration Testing, System Testing, or User Acceptance Testing. Remember to include the work involved in selecting the rest of your project team and outside resources as well as coordinating with the cloud-computing providers. Use the project management process groups as level 2 WBS items or include project management as a level 2 WBS item to make sure you include work related to managing the project. The execution stage which comprises the bulk of the work done on your project should list all of the services your are migrating individually within the WBS to include the system, data migration, and testing of each system listed in the cloud computing case. Migration should be staged and not done simultaneously for all of the systems.arrow_forward
