Freud’s childhood experiences and conflict about sex and reflection of this experiences in his theory.
Introduction
Freud was progressively convinced that sexual conflicts were the primary cause of all neuroses. In childhood his father was very strict.and he develop anger towards him. Freud mother was very protective and loving towards their children. Freud grew jeoulous towards his siblings as he want full attention and affection of his mother.
Explanation of Solution
Freud theory suggests that the basic elements of the personality is that motivating factor that drive behaviour and determine its direction. Freud father was very strict and her mother was very loving and caring towards him. He felt passionate, even sexual attachment to her mother which later gave that concept of the Oedipus complex.
Freud childhood experiences are the basis of their concept of oedipus complex.
