There are several factors that help maintain a level of safety in this workplace. Another important area would be being proactive in decision making for strategies into solving patient safety problems. Another factor would be identifying quality and safety indicators for the nursing unit as well as working with the nurse managers to help develop a unity among the hospital workers and make themselves a better team.
The nurse should train up the hospital workers and the patients about hospital maintenance and cleanliness for giving a better healthcare environment.
