Social media helps marketers to communicate with the customers and measure the effect of those relations. Social media includes media-sharing sites, social networks, and microblogs, all these are used by majority of adults. Table computers and smartphones have given great freedom to the customers to access social media. It increases the usage of social media. With social media, the customers are frequently in control of the response, the message, the medium, or all of these. Marketing the products with help of customers is called crowdsourcing. Crowdsourcing defines the way the input of several people could be leveraged to make decisions based on the input of few people.
