Concept Introduction:

In drastic conditions such as an extreme change in pH or temperature, all confirmation of protein except primary structure lost their confirmation, and this process is known as denaturation of the protein.

The coagulation process occurs when denatured protein gets unfold and then become entangled. This process causes the solution of protein to become solid and precipitate out of solution.
