Introduction:
Eukaryotes have an array of genes. Regulation of one gene does not affect the regulation of another. The changes caused by chromatin remodelers and histone modifiers only effect one gene, and no other genes. A DNA (Deoxyribonucleic acid) segment that acts as a boundary between two genes is known as an insulator.
