Explanation of Solution

Introduction: According to the special theory of relativity, the speed of light is constant in each inertial frame.

In both of the frames, time will run at the same speed. But, when seen from other inertial frames then distance to which light travels from one inertial frame to another adds with the time of the first inertial frame.

Conclusion: Thus, when seen from the second inertial frame time in the first inertial frame runs slow.
