Holiday Entertainment Corporation (HHC), a subsidiary of New Age Industries, manufactures go-carts and other recreational vehicles. As a result, HEC has been receiving some pressure from New Age’s management to diversify into some of these other recreational areas. Recreational Leasing, Inc.
