Summary Introduction
Case report: Person R is a sexually active junior at State college. He aware of a slight white discharge from the penis tip for the last 6 weeks, but he ignored the symptoms. Now he complains of intense itching, pain in the testes and pain upon urination around the penis tip. Suspecting chlamydia, physician confirms the diagnosis of person R with a urine test and a swab taken from the opening of the urethra for the presence of chlamydia. Meanwhile, the patient will start a regimen of oral antibiotic and he will come back for a retest in 2 weeks. Person R is recommended to refrain from sexual activity and educated on using benefits of condom up to his infection resolves.
