How Facebook might benefit from increasing the presence of women on its corporate board.

Introduction:

Gender diversity manages with equal representation of men and women in the workplace. In order to be unbiased and reasonable in the workplace, there should be an equal picture of women and men. They are paid equally for equal work. The promotions are also at same rate. Still in many organizations there is no right gender diversity and equality.
