The muscle tissues contribute a major part in the body mass. Muscle tissues are of three types, namely smooth muscle tissues, skeletal muscle tissues, and cardiac muscle tissues. These three types of muscle tissues are attached to most of the major internal organs. There are certain filaments that are present in the muscles and help in contraction.
