Introduction:

The splicing is the mechanism of the removal of the introns from the transcript mRNA. It is one of the stages of the maturation mRNA present in the eukaryotic nucleus. The introns cannot code for a protein that is why they need to remove and also help in increasing genetic variation by exon shuffling and alternative splicing.
