Modified chart component to draw a vertical bar chart:

Section 10.4.3 displays the bars horizontally by leaving small gaps between them. The values of “x” and “y” needs to be swapped and the bars are to be scaled to fit within the height of the frame. The below given code displays a vertical bar chart.
