Bond pricing: Price of the bond is the present value of par plus the discounted value of cash flow. To compute the price of the bond, the present value concept is applied, and the present value of the bond is computed by taking into account the present value factor for the number of interest payment periods and the present value of cash flows is determined by using the present value of annuity factors.
