Water is a clear, tasteless liquid which is essential for most plants and animals. Water is used on a daily basis for different purposes such as drinking, washing, cleaning, irrigation and so on. Nowadays, water is contaminated, usually by the human activity. The household wastes and industrial effluent are the major cause for the contamination of water.
