Program Plan Intro

Systems thinking:

It is part of systems theory which focuses on the entire system and leverage points. It also concentrates on the integration that is based on the belief that the components of the system act differently when they are isolated from the system’s atmosphere. It is an approach to understand the linkages and interactions between the elements that comprise the whole of the system. It is very useful to address the complex or wicked problem situations.

Management information system (MIS):

Management Information Systems (MIS) main focus is to perform the information system application and technology in business skills practically.

• It is a combination of the IT (Information Technology) with business skills.
• In system and programming analysis, the MIS contains the important highlights in business topics skills such as:
  • Finance and marketing skills
  • Communication skills
  • Interpersonal skills
• The above skills are needed for efficient teamwork and leadership.
