x1=γ(x1vt1)=0y1=y1=0z1=z1=0t1=γ[t1(vc2)x1]=0

And

In S frame, Event 1 coordinates  are x1=y1=z1=t1=0 and Event 2 coordinates are x2=100mm,y2=z2=t2=0

To obtain these coordinate in S frame moving at 0.70c with respect to S, use Lorentz transformation.

In S frame Event 1 coordinates are

Substitute 0.70c for v and 100 m for x2 in t2 and simplify.

t2=[1(0.70c)2c2]1/2[0(0.70cc2)(100m)]=(1.4)(0.70)(100 m)3.00×108 m/s=0.33 μs
