Case summary:

Jayden who is two-and-a-half-years-old, is suffering from muscle incoordination and neuromusculoskeletal impairment. He is also suffering from dysarthria, which makes it difficult to talk verbally. He is going throughspeech therapy (SP), physical therapy (PT) as well as occupational therapy (OT).
