Categorical Imperative:
Categorical imperative is that in all situations the complete requirements must be followed and it should be acceptable as an end in it.
Cheating in an exam:
- Cheating in an exam is not consistent in categorical imperative, because cheating is not a universal law and if everyone cheats, then learning could not be measured and the value of school would approach zero.
- In order to get good marks one should study well rather than cheating.
Therefore, cheating is not a universal law, so it is not consistent in categorical imperative.
