Health is a gift. It is in an individual’s hand whether he wants to maintain or deplete it. When the individual makes good choices, he can live a long and healthy life. On the other hand, individuals who make a wrong choice have number of limitations like addiction, illness destroying the quality and thereby the quantity of life.
Smaller or larger unit of society comprising number of living things belonging to similar religion, norms, identity, and values are called as a community.
