You need linear-linear paper and log-linear paper (also called semi-log paper), for linear-linear,10 squares per inch. For log-linear = semi-log you need at least 3 full cycles.
Plot the values below on each type of paper, then select two points marking an approximate doubling of cell density and interpolate back to the ‘x’ axis to determine the time. Indicate the bracketing for your estimate, and state ‘g= ____ hr’
