This one is tricky because the scale is opposite of what we are used to. If "0" Zero is the perfect score and if I am comparing two scores "1.73" and "0.7" how much percentage is 0.7 better than 1.73? I got 147% as an answer but I am not sure. The equation I came up was 0.7 + 0.7(X/100) = 1.73
