Juanita Pérez is a fan of some stuffed animals that are manufactured by the Ching Ju Factory in Japan. These stuffed animals are not sold in Puerto Rico or the United States; They are only available in stores in Japan and through the company's website. The language in which the company's website is located is Japanese and they do not ship products to Puerto Rico or the United States; They only deliver to Japan.

Due to Juanita's desire to have one of these stuffed animals, she decides to order one online and enter the address of a friend who lives in Japan to receive it. Once the friend receives it at her house in Japan, she sends it to Juanita by mail.

Three weeks after receiving it, one of the stuffed animals' eyes fell off. Juanita's cat, Meow, ate the stuffed animal's eye and died instantly. Juanita is very sad and she wants to sue Ching Ju Factory.
