Mang Edmon has been hospitalized three times with CHF over the 20-year course of the disease. He has a history of smoking since 12 years old and has no intention of stopping: "I got this far. Lately Mang Edmon has been complaining of a cough, insomnia and dyspnea. His wife says he seems confused sometimes, forgetting his phone number and appointments he has made with friends and family.
