INTRODUCTION:
Labour unions play an important role in protecting the rights of workers. They give workers a collective voice that can be used to negotiate better wages and working conditions with employers. labour unions also provide workers with important benefits, such as training and education, that they would not otherwise have access to.
However, labour unions are not without flaws. They have a tendency to be bureaucratic and difficult to change. Additionally, some union leaders may abuse their positions of authority and be corrupt. However, labour unions continue to play a crucial role in defending the rights and interests of employees and will do so for some time to come.
