My personal understanding Is: UL: None: since there are no cells express B7 in lymph nodes without being APC. UR: Activated antigen-presenting cells LL: None APC cells including T cells, FDC; pathogens, etc. LR: Non-activated APC cells. (Question, does all cells express MHC I ? if that's the case there should be a lot more)
